We are in Botswana, Africa, in partnership with and on behalf of Malandro Consulting Group, we just wrapped up a leadership offsite with an exceptional group of beautiful human beings.
After spending nearly 5 days, going through ups and downs, ins and outs on this journey together, the entire group of us affirmed the truest path to authentic leadership starts with oneself.If you have a commitment to lead by example, begin with anywhere you are holding back your emotional commitment, your alignment, and most importantly, your heart.
Ask yourself, “Where am I playing small? Where am I not letting my own light shine?” Take a look at your own judgments and limitations that get in the way of generously listening to the people you interact with the most every day. Become aware of your impact. Take accountability for how you perceive. Be the example of what you want to see.
