what should i expect in a discovery call?
Your discovery call is designed to uncover what kind of coaching would be appropriate for your needs. Expect your coach to inquire about concerns and challenges. Your coach can guide you through the services and options available for you and your team. It is a no-pressure call, so don’t expect a sales pitch.
Can i request a specific coach?
In your discovery call, expect your guide to recommend a specific coach on the team, based on your requests. That being said, you can still request a coach on our team that you would like to work with.
What is a Coaching Session like?
Our coaches at Momentum Consulting have coaching tools and guides for you. They will lead you through various activities that will help you develop your leadership skills, and to uncover any blind spots that are holding you back from your potential.
What kind of cost should i expect?
Cost is determined by the discovery call: what kind of program is recommended, and whether the programs will be for individuals or the entire team or company.
What is an offsite?
We design offsites for teams to focus on their leadership development and to have a much higher level of team communication. Starting at the top is essential, and these are typically residential for 2-3 days.
What if we are not a fit?
Part of the value of the discovery call is to determine if we are a fit. If we are not, we will do our best to make further recommendations.
