An accomplished organizational consultant and coach, Eduardo has nearly three decades of experience in culture transformation, leadership development, high performance, safety, and human factors.

He has worked with many global Fortune 500s and executives throughout the United States, Canada, and Latin America, consulting for a broad range of industries ranging from oil & gas, mining, construction, manufacturing, financial services, and technology. He has designed and led seminars, workshops, coaching sessions, and entire programs on personal and organizational transformation for thousands of people.

Some of the clients he has personally worked with include Chevron, Shell, BHP, Ontario Power Generation, Port of Seattle, LNGC, Fluor, AvalonBay, Jacobs Engineering, USAID, the World Bank, United Nations, among many others.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Change, and is certified in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Systems. He also has extensive training in integral theory, appreciative inquiry, servant leadership, adaptive leadership, neuroscience, and mindfulness, among other disciplines.
