What kinds of clients do you work with?

Our clients come from multiple industries across the globe and in varying sizes. We provide consulting and coaching for individuals, multibillion-dollar organizations and everything in between.

What’s your fundamental approach to helping your clients?

Our approach to escalating performance is behavioral. Performance is a function of behavior, so if you want to affect performance, especially in a lasting way, you find ways to shape new behaviors and how people engage with each other.

How much does coaching cost?

The cost of coaching can be as little as $1,000 a month to several thousand dollars, depending on your needs. We also offer a complimentary call (no charge) that you can take advantage of for a specific issue.

Much of our work is custom, so once we get clarity on your needs, we can provide a cost/benefit response almost immediately.

How long do you usually work with clients?

A typical start for one-on-one coaching is two to four months, but we commonly build long-term relationships with our clients lasting a number of years.

What’s involved in one-on-one coaching?

No two people are the same, so we have no off-the-shelf roadmap, but it starts with understanding the client and their goals. Then, we look at their work environment, background and beliefs. We may interview peers, looking for blind spots that interfere with performance. We listen, ask questions and provide resources, all consistent with their intended outcome. Every engagement includes the Momentum Manual, a rich collection of transformative tools, distinctions and exercises.

What is an off-site event?

Most off-sites are two to four days, depending on group size. They take place away from the office where the team stays overnight. Off-sites are tailored to the unique needs of each team but are always dedicated to elevating performance and partnership. Common elements of a team off-site:

  • Examining personal core values

  • One-on-one meetings with the other team members

  • Identifying blind spots that inhibit performance

  • Focusing on ownership-type accountability and collaboration

  • Individual coaching sessions before and after the program

The process is designed to be transformative and produce individual breakthroughs, leaving the team connected in a new and powerful way.

Do you offer a one-day program?

Yes, we can. We tailor to almost any client request with the understanding that a limited timeframe may shape what we can promise to deliver.

Do you work virtually?

Much of the coaching we do is virtual since our clients live around the world.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes!
